{"id":28575,"date":"2026-05-25T11:19:32","date_gmt":"2026-05-25T11:19:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=28575"},"modified":"2026-05-25T11:19:32","modified_gmt":"2026-05-25T11:19:32","slug":"mamelodi-sundowns-crowned-african-champions-after-beating-as-far","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/mamelodi-sundowns-crowned-african-champions-after-beating-as-far\/","title":{"rendered":"Mamelodi Sundowns Crowned African Champions After Beating AS FAR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>By Angu Lesley<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns were crowned CAF Champions League winners on Sunday after defeating Moroccan side AS FAR 2-1 on aggregate in a dramatic final.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sundowns secured the title following a hard-fought 1-1 draw in the second leg at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat, having already won the first leg 1-0 in Pretoria last week.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Moroccan hosts started strongly in front of a packed home crowd and leveled the aggregate score in the 40th minute when captain Mohamed Hrimat converted from the penalty spot.
