\u200bYaound\u00e9 s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 vivre un moment historique ce mardi 12 mai 2026. L\u2019inauguration du nouveau si\u00e8ge de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Camerounaise de Football (FECAFOOT) \u00e0 Warda ne marque pas seulement l’ouverture d’un b\u00e2timent, mais la fin d’un feuilleton institutionnel qui aura dur\u00e9 plus d’une d\u00e9cennie.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200bUn projet au long cours : De 2012 \u00e0 l’aboutissement<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200bPour comprendre la ferveur qui entoure cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, il faut remonter \u00e0 2012. C\u2019est sous l\u2019\u00e8re d\u2019Iya Mohamed que les premi\u00e8res pierres de ce qui devait \u00eatre le “temple du football national” ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9es. Pourtant, ce qui devait \u00eatre un chantier rapide s’est transform\u00e9 en un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi de pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200bEntre contentieux juridiques, successions de mandats (Tombi \u00e0 Roko, Seidou Mbombo Njoya) et interruptions de travaux \u2014 notamment en 2018 \u2014 l’\u00e9difice de Warda est longtemps rest\u00e9 un symbole d’inachev\u00e9. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de Samuel Eto\u2019o \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence en d\u00e9cembre 2021 que le projet a connu son acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration d\u00e9cisive. Entre 2023 et 2024, sous l’impulsion de l’ancienne star mondiale, le chantier a \u00e9t\u00e9 relanc\u00e9 avec une vigueur nouvelle, faisant de ce si\u00e8ge le pilier de sa promesse de modernisation.<\/p>\n

\u200bPlus qu\u2019un b\u00e2timent, un outil de performance<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\u200bCe \u00ab joyau architectural \u00bb permet enfin de centraliser l\u2019ensemble des services techniques et administratifs, autrefois dispers\u00e9s et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9troit dans les locaux historiques de Tsinga. Pens\u00e9 pour la performance, ce nouveau cadre de travail vise \u00e0 professionnaliser la gestion du football camerounais, de la formation des jeunes \u00e0 la digitalisation des proc\u00e9dures.<\/p>\n

\u200bLa FECAFOOT a choisi de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer cette victoire d’infrastructure par une mobilisation populaire sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent :<\/p>\n

\u200b* La Marche de la Renaissance (D\u00e9but : 14h)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

\u200bUne grande caravane partira de l’ancien si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Tsinga pour rejoindre le Stade Militaire. Ce parcours symbolique effectuera des escales strat\u00e9giques :<\/p>\n

\u200bCarrefour Warda (pour saluer le nouvel \u00e9difice)<\/p>\n

\u200bRond-point “J’aime mon pays”<\/p>\n

\u200bPoste Centrale<\/p>\n

\u200bMonument de la R\u00e9unification<\/p>\n

\u200bChaque \u00e9tape sera l’occasion d’une c\u00e9l\u00e9bration de la culture footballistique camerounaise, avec la participation obligatoire de repr\u00e9sentants de tous les clubs professionnels, habill\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs couleurs.<\/p>\n

* \u200bInauguration Officielle et Prestige<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u200bLa coupure du ruban se fera en pr\u00e9sence de Samuel Eto\u2019o, des membres du Comit\u00e9 Ex\u00e9cutif, du MINSEP, ainsi que des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s de la CAF et de la FIFA. Les invit\u00e9s d\u00e9couvriront un b\u00e2timent moderne, r\u00e9solument tourn\u00e9 vers l’avenir.<\/p>\n
