His familiarity with the club\u2019s structure and playing philosophy is expected to help him quickly settle back into the role.<\/p>\n<p>Ngatchou arrives with significant experience both as a former professional footballer and as a coach. During his playing career, he featured prominently in Germany, notably with VfL Bochum and SpVgg Greuther F\u00fcrth, where he built a reputation as a disciplined and reliable defender.<\/p>\n<p>After retiring from professional football, Ngatchou transitioned into coaching in Germany, where he worked extensively in youth development structures, including within RB Leipzig\u2019s academy, gaining valuable experience in modern coaching methods and talent development.<\/p>\n<p>His return to Fauve Azur comes at a time when the club is seeking to stabilise performances and strengthen its position in the MTN Elite One championship.<\/p>\n<p>Ngatchou replaces Olivier Nankam, who leaves his position after a spell in charge of the team.
