Their early dominance paid off just seven minutes into the game when Kiki Meva found the back of the net to give the Lionesses the lead.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nigeria, determined to reassert their continental dominance, stepped up their intensity \u2014 particularly with Chiamaka Nnadozie commanding the goal. The Falcons gradually grew into the contest and found their equalizer 25 minutes after Cameroon\u2019s opener. Ihezuo Chinwedu leveled the score following sustained pressure in the final third.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The momentum shifted firmly in Nigeria\u2019s favor when the ball was worked down the left flank to Babajide Omorinsola.
