A fresh twist has emerged in the Eclair Football Filles of Sa\u2019a saga, as the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT) has officially withdrawn its decision to install a Provisional Management Committee at the club.<\/p>\n

In a letter dated February 10, 2026, addressed to club president Nnana Onana Christian, FECAFOOT Secretary General Mandong Isaac No\u00e9 confirmed that the terms of Service Note No. 007\/2026\/FECAFOOT\/PDT\/SG \u2014 which had set up a Provisional Management Committee \u2014 have been rescinded.<\/p>\n

The correspondence indicates that the initial decision followed a request submitted by the family of MVOGO Engolo Jean-L\u00e9onard regarding the opportunity of establishing a Provisional Management Committee at Eclair Football Filles of Sa\u2019a to ensure the imminent resumption of activities. However, the federation has now reversed that move.<\/p>\n

The terms of my Service Note No. 007\/2026\/FECAFOOT\/PDT\/SG establishing the Provisional Management Committee of Eclair Football Filles of Sa\u2019a are hereby withdrawn.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

With this development, the Executive Bureau led by Nnana Onana Christian has been invited to resume full control of the club\u2019s activities pending the conclusion of procedures before the competent judicial commissions.<\/p>\n

The Executive Bureau you lead is therefore invited to continue the club\u2019s activities until the conclusion of the procedures pending before the competent judicial commissions.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

FECAFOOT further instructed the club\u2019s leadership to work closely with the federation\u2019s relevant services to finalize corrections to the club\u2019s sports license applications within the shortest possible time.<\/p>\n

You are requested to liaise with the competent services of FECAFOOT in order to finalize, as soon as possible, the corrections to the sports license application files of Eclair Football Filles of Sa\u2019a.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A Dramatic Turnaround<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This decision represents a significant U-turn from the federation, which had earlier intervened by imposing a provisional management structure amid internal tensions and administrative concerns. The reinstatement of the elected Executive Bureau suggests fresh developments behind the scenes, even as judicial procedures remain ongoing.<\/p>\n

For Eclair Filles, the immediate priority now shifts to stabilizing operations, resolving licensing issues, and restoring confidence within the squad and technical staff.<\/p>\n

What Next?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Although the Executive Bureau has been reinstated, the case is not fully closed. The federation makes it clear that judicial processes are still underway. The final verdict from the competent bodies could yet determine the long-term governance of the club.<\/p>\n
