L’Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e9lective de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Camerounaise de Football (FECAFOOT) a rendu son verdict ce samedi 29 novembre 2025 au Centre d\u2019Excellence de la CAF \u00e0 Mbankomo. Le pr\u00e9sident sortant, Samuel Eto’o Fils, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9 par les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s et reconduit pour un second mandat de quatre ans.<\/p>\n

Le scrutin, tenu sous l’\u00e9gide des \u00e9missaires de la FIFA et de la CAF, s’est sold\u00e9 par une victoire \u00e9crasante : Eto’o a recueilli 85 voix sur 87 votants, avec seulement 2 bulletins nuls. Ce score, digne d’un consensus, valide l\u2019ambition du pr\u00e9sident sortant et son projet pour la p\u00e9riode 2025-2029.<\/p>\n

Cette r\u00e9\u00e9lection n’est pas qu’une victoire num\u00e9rique, elle est historique. Samuel Eto’o Fils est le premier pr\u00e9sident de la FECAFOOT en 16 ans \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 se faire r\u00e9\u00e9lire \u00e0 sa propre succession. Il brise ainsi un cycle d’instabilit\u00e9 chronique qui a min\u00e9 l’institution f\u00e9d\u00e9rale camerounaise pendant plus d’une d\u00e9cennie.<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 un contexte tendu marqu\u00e9 par un r\u00e9cent bras de fer avec le Minist\u00e8re des Sports sur le processus \u00e9lectoral, la base \u00e9lectorale a choisi la continuit\u00e9 et la force. Toutefois, ce second mandat s’ouvre avec des chantiers encore plus ardus :<\/p>\n

Performance Sportive<\/em><\/strong> : Assurer des r\u00e9sultats probants pour les s\u00e9lections nationales, notamment les Lions Indomptables.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9formes de Fond<\/em><\/strong> : Poursuivre la lutte contre l’ing\u00e9rence et les malversations d\u00e9nonc\u00e9es ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

La forte majorit\u00e9 obtenue donne \u00e0 Samuel Eto’o une l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 incontestable pour mener ces r\u00e9formes sans concession.
