Fotso, a close collaborator and special adviser to the club\u2019s first vice-president, Kamdem Guy Pascal, has signed a one-year contract to take over the running of the club\u2019s football operations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>His mandate is clear: steer Fovu back to Elite Two after a turbulent period and deliver a strong showing in the Cameroon Cup. Fotso, a respected and demanding tactician, is known for taking on some of the most challenging assignments in Cameroonian football.<\/p>\n<p>Fovu de Baham, one of the country\u2019s historically notable clubs, has endured a difficult few seasons, struggling to maintain stability in both management and performance. Frequent changes in coaching staff and administration over the past three years have contributed to inconsistent results and left the club searching for direction. Fotso now inherits the responsibility of leading the club as a whole, ensuring that both management structures and on-field operations align to restore Fovu\u2019s competitive edge.<\/p>\n<p>The central question is whether Fotso will be granted the autonomy and resources necessary to implement his vision.
