Pyramids FC of Egypt secured their first-ever TotalEnergies CAF Super Cup title with a 1-0 victory over Morocco’s RS Berkane at Cairo’s 30 June Stadium on Saturday evening. The decisive moment came in the 75th minute when Congolese striker Fiston Mayele latched onto a precise assist from Mohamed Chibi, firing a right-footed shot into the bottom corner to break the deadlock .<\/p>\n

The match was a tactical battle, with both sides demonstrating resilience. Pyramids’ goalkeeper Ahmed El Shenawy was instrumental, making several crucial saves to maintain the clean sheet. Defenders Ahmed Sami and Mahmoud Marei also stood firm under pressure from the Moroccan side .<\/p>\n

This victory marks Pyramids FC’s second continental title, following their CAF Champions League triumph earlier this year. Their success underscores the club’s rapid ascent in African football, establishing them as a formidable force on the continent.<\/p>\n
