Cameroon boosted their World Cup qualification hopes with a composed 2\u20130 victory over Mauritius in Saint-Pierre.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Second-half goals from Nicolas Moumi Ngamaleu<\/strong> and a stoppage-time finish by Bryan Mbeumo<\/strong> sealed three vital points for Marc Brys\u2019<\/strong> side, who moved within touching distance of Group D leaders Cape Verde who dropped two points following their 3-3 draw away to Libya.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Indomitable Lions dominated possession throughout but found Mauritius resilient in the first half.
\nChances were limited until the 56th minute when Ngamaleu punished a defensive lapse to fire Cameroon ahead.<\/p>\n
