Aux commandes de cette session, l\u2019instructeur camerounais Evehe Divine Rapha\u00ebl, figure bien connue dans le milieu, s\u2019emploie \u00e0 transmettre son savoir et \u00e0 rehausser le niveau des officiels de match.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour lui, ce chantier est essentiel : \u00ab Le niveau actuel de ces arbitres est moyen et nous constatons qu\u2019il y a beaucoup de fondamentaux qu\u2019il faut parfaire et transmettre. Ce niveau peut s\u2019expliquer par le fait que le travail n\u2019est pas intense et permanent au sein des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations membres. C\u2019est donc l\u2019occasion pour nous de travailler avec ces arbitres afin qu\u2019ils acqui\u00e8rent ces fondamentaux lorsqu\u2019ils arriveront dans des comp\u00e9titions d\u2019\u00e9lite de la CAF. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><em>Une ambition claire : hisser l\u2019UNIFFAC au niveau mondial<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif d\u2019Evehe Divine Rapha\u00ebl est limpide : voir \u00e9merger des arbitres d\u2019Afrique Centrale capables de rivaliser avec ceux des autres sous-r\u00e9gions du continent et d\u2019officier lors des plus grandes comp\u00e9titions mondiales. Selon lui, cela passe par la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 dans le travail, la rigueur dans l\u2019encadrement et la confiance mutuelle entre instructeurs et arbitres.<\/p>\n<p>Son message aux stagiaires est empreint de motivation et de confiance : \u00ab Je leur demande d\u2019avoir confiance aux instructeurs qui sont autour d\u2019eux et de continuer \u00e0 travailler. Je crois que dans les prochains jours nous aurons aussi un stage pour les instructeurs et nous allons beaucoup \u00e9changer pour d\u00e9velopper l\u2019arbitrage dans notre zone. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><em>L\u2019exemple inspirant de Mefire Abdou<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019instructeur camerounais s\u2019appuie sur des r\u00e9ussites concr\u00e8tes pour encourager les jeunes arbitres. Parmi elles, celle de Mefire Abdou, jeune arbitre issu de la zone UNIFFAC, aujourd\u2019hui en pleine ascension sur la sc\u00e8ne internationale. \u00ab C\u2019est une fiert\u00e9. Nous l\u2019avons vu, nous avons cru en lui et nous nous sommes dit qu\u2019on ne fait pas ce travail pour rien. Nous n\u2019allons pas dire que c\u2019est nous, mais c\u2019est d\u2019abord lui : il a eu la volont\u00e9 et cette rage de r\u00e9ussir. Nous n\u2019\u00e9tions l\u00e0 que pour l\u2019encadrer et le soutenir. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><em>Une dynamique \u00e0 entretenir<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Avec ce stage, l\u2019UNIFFAC entend poser les bases d\u2019un travail structur\u00e9 et durable.
