26-year-old Ana Maria Nchama scored a quadruple this Tuesday at the Estadio de Malabo to help FC 15 de Agosto of Akonibe to a resounding 7-0 win against Electsport of Ndjamena.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ornella Mezui, Andre Orsie Aubame and Raissa Rose Audrey Meva Nkolo completing the routing in the afternoon the home side rendered Tout Puissant almost powerless, registering the biggest victory in the competition so far.<\/p>\n

12 Agosto led by captain Avelina Abang entered the game looking to make amends for the below par performance in their last game against M’Sichana.<\/p>\n

Ornella Mezui put the home side ahead after just eight minutes on the clock, bundling a fine cross to set the girls of coach Bloandey Bartelemey on their way to victory.<\/p>\n

Though Electsport conceded another early goal, they kept their game plan of making it tight for the Guinean side and tried to catch them on quick counters whenever they had the ball.<\/p>\n

They didnt make the most of the few chances om the counter and were eventually made to pay.<\/p>\n

Ana Maria doubled the lead just before the pause to ensure 15 de Agosto were comfortably ahead.<\/p>\n

Electsport were forced to replace goalkeeper Kaltouma Djamen Beatrice with Beatrice Allaisem after the former picked up a knock.<\/p>\n

Allaisem faced a baptizing of fire as coach Barthelemey made a number of tactical and positional changes – notably introducing Andree Orsie in the right wing and repositioning Mezui Obiang to join Meva in a double forward role.<\/p>\n

Andree announced her presence juts ten minutes into the second segment – beating Allaisem from close range.<\/p>\n

Maria got her second of the afternoon in the 64th minutes before making it 5-0 seven minutes later by completing her hat trick.<\/p>\n

The forward had time for her fourth of the afternoon with just five minutes left on the clock.<\/p>\n

It seven-nil, 15 de Agosto moved the ball around and waited for the final whistle which sanctioned the result and a second CAF Champions League win for the side only created in 2024.<\/p>\n

The latest three points takes 15 Agosto’s tally ro seven points from three games. They are thus a point ahead of FC Ebolowa that have a game in hand on them.<\/p>\n

For Ana Maria, her four goals puts her in contention for the golden boot as she moves ahead of Kameni Alice Flora who counts three goals so far.<\/p>\n

15 de Agosto will be on standy in the next match day while pointless Elecsport will look to make amends against AC Colombe who are also still chasing their first win of the competition.<\/p>\n

15 will return to action on the last match day, hoping to be sharp enough to tame FC Ebolowa and progress as UNIFFAC.<\/p>\n
