En cons\u00e9quence, la d\u00e9cision pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9e au profit du club.<\/p>\n<p>Dans son nouveau jugement, l\u2019instance disciplinaire a conclu que les joueurs de Mintack FC \u00e9taient directement responsables de l\u2019interruption de la rencontre de la cinqui\u00e8me journ\u00e9e. Selon la d\u00e9cision, leurs gestes agressifs envers les officiels du match ont conduit \u00e0 l\u2019abandon de la rencontre, en violation des principes de fair-play et de respect.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, la Commission d\u2019Appel a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mintack FC perdant du match par p\u00e9nalit\u00e9. Kumba City FC s\u2019est vu attribuer la victoire sur un score de 3-0, ainsi que les trois points qui en d\u00e9coulent. Il a toutefois \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019aucun point suppl\u00e9mentaire ne serait retir\u00e9 \u00e0 Mintack FC au-del\u00e0 de cette d\u00e9faite par forfait.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9galement entra\u00een\u00e9 de lourdes sanctions contre plusieurs joueurs de Mintack FC impliqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019incident. Wilfried Francky, Gwet Mael, Emmanuel Pierre, Junior Stephane, Derick Ulrich, Marcel Onobiono, Wilfried Diallo, Christian Ndoumbe, Barnab\u00e9 Frangele et Bangoura Isma\u00ebl ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendus pour une dur\u00e9e d\u2019un an de toute activit\u00e9 li\u00e9e au football. Cette suspension est ferme et non n\u00e9gociable, soulignant le s\u00e9rieux avec lequel la FECAFOOT traite les actes d\u2019indiscipline.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Kumba City FC, cette d\u00e9cision repr\u00e9sente non seulement une victoire administrative, mais aussi une victoire morale qui renforce leur parcours dans la comp\u00e9tition en cours. Ce jugement r\u00e9affirme l\u2019importance de la discipline, de l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 et du respect envers les arbitres dans le football, tout en envoyant un message fort : les comportements d\u00e9plac\u00e9s ne resteront pas impunis.<\/p>\n<p>Avec cette d\u00e9cision en poche, Kumba City FC peut d\u00e9sormais se concentrer sur les demi-finales, o\u00f9 il affrontera le redoutable FC Samar dans ce qui s\u2019annonce comme un match palpitant.
