On Monday, May 5, 2025, Dynamo Douala, through the services of Ma\u00eetre Guy EFON, a bailiff practicing in the Littoral region, served a summons on Dr. FONING for allegedly issuing false medical reports to Aigle du Moungo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Aigle du Moungo failed to honor their matchday 22 fixture against Dynamo last Sunday, with their secretary-general citing food poisoning as the reason. To support these claims, pictures of players receiving what appeared to be hospital treatment were shared, alongside a widely circulated media report prepared by Dr. Foning.<\/p>\n<p>Following this, Dynamo alleges that Dr. FONING, acting in bad faith, clumsily drafted the medical report solely to justify Aigle Royale&#8217;s absence. They dispute the claim that Dr. FONING actually examined all 25 players.<\/p>\n<p>Dynamo also questions the diagnosis of food poisoning and\/or intestinal parasitosis affecting all the individuals consulted. Crucially, the club asserts that the form and content of the medical report violate medical ethical rules.Based on these allegations, Dynamo Douala, through the summons, demands that Dr. FONING provide detailed answers to a series of pointed questions:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Circumstances of the Consultation: Where did the consultations take place \u2013 at Aigle Royale&#8217;s training camp or at the hospital?<br \/>\n&#8211; Duration and Tests: How long did the examinations last, and what specific diagnostic tests were conducted?<br \/>\n&#8211; Prescribed Treatment: What treatment was administered? Was it a collective treatment, as reported, or were individual patient needs considered?<br \/>\n&#8211; Hospitalization Details: Were any of the players admitted to the hospital?
