{"id":2227,"date":"2023-01-16T08:45:04","date_gmt":"2023-01-16T08:45:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=2227"},"modified":"2023-01-20T06:03:26","modified_gmt":"2023-01-20T06:03:26","slug":"elite-2-jp-mouth-leaves-stade-bertoua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/elite-2-jp-mouth-leaves-stade-bertoua\/","title":{"rendered":"Elite 2: JP Mouth leaves Stade Bertoua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Jean Pierre Muth has stepped down from his role as head coach of Cameroon second tier side Stade Bertoua FC, kick442.com understands.<\/p>\n<p>The trainer who was appointed last season took the decision to leave the club on Sunday after their goalless draw against TKC in Yaound\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Muth failed to make public reasons for his departure; &#8220;It&#8217;s with regrets that I tender you my letter of resignation from the role of head coach with immediate effect,&#8221; a portion of Muth letter to the Stade Bertoua stated.<\/p>\n<p>The trainer only won two of eight games this season while four ended in a parity score, leaving them on the eight spot with 10 points.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the departure in difficult circumstances, the 51-year-old expressed appreciation to the management.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I am happy to have had the chance to work with this great team. I wish the club and it&#8217;s players the best going forward,&#8221; he added.<\/p>\n<p>While looking for a new coach, the management and players have to quickly switch their minds to their Matchday 10 fixture at home to league leaders Aigle Royal of Moungo this Wednesday at the Municipal Stadium in Bertoua.<\/p>\n<p>Coach Muth is a free agent going forward but his return to the field depends on his willingness and availability of opportunities.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Copyright\u00a92023 kick442.com<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All rights reserved.
