{"id":21155,"date":"2024-12-31T03:50:51","date_gmt":"2024-12-31T03:50:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=21155"},"modified":"2024-12-31T03:50:51","modified_gmt":"2024-12-31T03:50:51","slug":"racing-bafoussam-sack-stephane-edjangue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/racing-bafoussam-sack-stephane-edjangue\/","title":{"rendered":"Racing Bafoussam sack Stephane Edjangue"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Coach Stephane Edjangue has been relieved of his duties as Racing Bafoussam coach without winning a single match of three<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>His dismissal comes barely hours after the fans tabled the request following a 2-2 draw against APEJES<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Bernard Fotso has been tipped as his replacement though there hasn&#8217;t been any official move from the club<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cameroon MTN Elite Two club Racing Bafoussam have sacked coach Stephane Edjangue and his entire backroom crew barely three months into the new season due to their devastating performances.<\/p>\n<p>The decision to part ways with the technical crew was made public this Monday, December 30, 24 hours after the club suffered a disappointing 2-2 draw at home to APEJES of Mfou.<\/p>\n<p>That match day three draw earned them their second point of the season from two draws and a defeat, causing the fans to insult the players and coaches at the end of the game while calling for them to be sacked.<\/p>\n<p>In response to the discontentment, the management of the club sacked Edjangue and his crew and have made a list of players to be offloaded when the January transfer window opens.<\/p>\n<p>Edjangue joined Racing in the build up to the current campaign and only lasted three matches in their dugout, leaving the club in the fifth spot on the log.<\/p>\n<p>Former Racing manager Bernard Fotso has been tipped favourite to return to the club for his umpteenth stint and try to stabilise the club&#8217;s performance and stir them upwards the league table.<\/p>\n<p>Racing Bafoussam will welcome high-flying Ngokentundja FC this Sunday in their fourth outing of the current season.
