This change could allow Samuel Eto&#8217;o, the current FECAFOOT president, to remain in office for a total of 12 years. The adjustment, along with revisions to Articles 19, 23, 25, 39, 45, 49, and 56, was adopted during an Extraordinary General Assembly held on November 16, 2024.<\/p>\n<p>MINSEP has formally requested detailed justifications for these modifications, raising questions about their compliance with legal frameworks and their practical implications for the governance and functionality of FECAFOOT.
