However, Aigle&#8217;s goalkeeper, Franck Derick Koumessi, was in fine form, making several crucial saves to keep the scoreline level.<\/p>\n<p>Fueled by a passionate home crowd, Colombe&#8217;s relentless pressure finally paid off when Ivan Mvondo Olama delivered a pinpoint cross that found Ekotto at the far post. The new signing made no mistake with a close-range header that broke the deadlock and sent the fans into raptures.<\/p>\n<p>Despite creating multiple opportunities to extend their lead, Colombe struggled to find the back of the net again. Aigle seemed more organized after conceding but failed to capitalize on their long-range efforts, as Colombe&#8217;s keeper Idrissou Nfor was equal to the task.<\/p>\n<p>The first half concluded with Colombe leading 1-0. They returned for the second half with the same intensity but were repeatedly thwarted by Koumessi, who continued to deny them with impressive saves.
