Algeria will organise the 7th edition of the Africa Nations Championship(CHAN) from January 13 to 4 February, 2023.<\/p>\n
This edition of the competition will be played in the cities of Algiers, Annaba, Constantine, and Oran.<\/p>\n
This will be the first time the competition will have eighteen(18) teams taking part following CAF\u2019s decision to increase the number of participating teams in the tournament.<\/p>\n
Ahead of the tournament, take a look at the coaches and their nationality.<\/p>\n
This edition of the tournament have four nations whose trainers are not nationals while the others are handled by nationals.<\/p>\n
Portuguese Pedro Goncalves of Angola, French duo Correntin Martins and Amir Abdou of Libya and Mauritania join Serbian Milutin Sredojevic in charge of Uganda, in the list of foreign coaches.<\/p>\n
The other 14 are nationals, most of whom are making their first appearance in the tournament.<\/p>\n
