{"id":18653,"date":"2024-07-15T19:02:29","date_gmt":"2024-07-15T19:02:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=18653"},"modified":"2024-07-15T19:02:29","modified_gmt":"2024-07-15T19:02:29","slug":"kwara-united-fc-layoffs-22-players-recruits-top-stars-ahead-of-2024-24-npfl-season","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/kwara-united-fc-layoffs-22-players-recruits-top-stars-ahead-of-2024-24-npfl-season\/","title":{"rendered":"Kwara United FC layoffs 22 players, recruits top Stars ahead of 2024\/24 NPFL season"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>No less than 22 players of Kwara United Football Club have been laid off ahead of the incoming season, according to the management of the club.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>General Manager of Kwara United FC, Bashir Badawiy revealed this during the first official training of the on Monday ahead of the 2024\/2025 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).<\/p>\n<p>Badawiy club said that an additional 23 top stars from the NPFL have been recruited to strengthen the club ahead next season.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that top quality players have agreed to join the team.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPlayers like Abayomi Samuel (Shooting Stars), Jimi Iteji (Plateau United), former U17, U20 and U23 goal stoppers, Kazeem Badmus and Adamu Abubakar as well as Ifeanyi Ogba (Rangers International) are on their way to join Kwara United FC.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have let go 22 players from last season to join clubs within and outside the country as their services will not be required.
