{"id":16512,"date":"2024-04-15T14:39:22","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T14:39:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=16512"},"modified":"2024-04-15T14:39:22","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T14:39:22","slug":"panthere-returns-to-the-mtn-elite-one-championship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/panthere-returns-to-the-mtn-elite-one-championship\/","title":{"rendered":"Panthere returns to the MTN Elite One championship"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Panthere Sportive of Nde has secured their spot in the Elite One Championship from the 2024\/25<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>The team registered a resounding victory, overpowering Dragon of Yaound\u00e9 with an impressive 7-0 scoreline on the seventh day of the playoff to emerge second in the 2023\/24 MTN Elite Two championship playoffs\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>The strategic acumen of Soh Simplice, who previously led Bafmeng to Elite Two qualification, has been instrumental in propelling the team to new heights this year though he left before the final two games\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Panthere Sportive of Nde have ascended to Cameroon&#8217;s premier football league, the Elite One following a victory recorded over Dragon this Sunday April 14,2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reinstated into Elite Two just ten days before the season commenced, the team displayed remarkable tenacity, overcoming numerous challenges to secure a spot in the title playoffs as the final qualifier from Pool B.<\/p>\n<p>The former 2015 Cup of Cameroon finalists kicked off their playoff campaign with a solid 2-0 win against Aigle, showcasing their readiness for the challenge ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Their winning streak continued on the second day when they took on Bafmeng, a team with ties to their coach, Soh Simplice. Panther Sportive secured another 2-0 victory, highlighting the coach&#8217;s strategic acumen against his previous team.<\/p>\n<p>The third day&#8217;s match against Tonerre Kalara Club ended in a balanced 1-1 draw, followed by a goalless draw against Racing on the fourth day, showcasing a strong defensive performance from both teams.<\/p>\n<p>Despite suffering their first playoff defeat with a 1-3 loss to Eding on the fifth day, Panther Sportive&#8217;s resolve remained unshaken.
