{"id":16037,"date":"2024-03-21T07:58:51","date_gmt":"2024-03-21T07:58:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=16037"},"modified":"2025-09-27T11:06:46","modified_gmt":"2025-09-27T11:06:46","slug":"yoane-claude-elong-bebey-flying-cameroons-flag-high-at-aags","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/yoane-claude-elong-bebey-flying-cameroons-flag-high-at-aags\/","title":{"rendered":"Yoane Claude Elong Bebey flying Cameroon&#8217;s flag high at AAGs"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Yoane Claude Elong Bebey has been appointed General Coordinator of the final of the 2023 All Africa Games in Ghana\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>It is her first major continental competition since after her certification last year in Morocco<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>The former Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon team manager will handle all things logistics in the women&#8217;s Football final match this Thursday in Cape Coast\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Yoane Claude Elong Bebey has been appointed the General Coordinator of this Thursday&#8217;s final match between Nigeria and Ghana to mark the end of the 2023 All Africa Games (AAGs) in women&#8217;s Football.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elong who participated in the UNIFFAC U-20 Women&#8217;s tournament last month in Douala was included in the team of officials for the medal match released on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The former Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon team manager is the overall match coordinator in charge of logistics and organisational aspects of the final game.<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4te D&#8217;Ivoire&#8217;s Natacha Gerardine Konan has been picked as the Referee of the game while Sakina Hamidou Alfa from Niger, Alice Umutesi from Rwanda are the first and second assistant Referees respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Raya Sisay from Ethiopia will play the role of the game&#8217;s fourth official as Jodie Marian Reid Seton from Liberia is the Match Commissioner while legendary Referee Janny Sikazwe from Zambia serves as Referee Assessor.<\/p>\n<p>Nigerian duo Oluchi Ngozi Tobe Chukwu and Odochi Joan Efughu are the Media and Security officers of the game respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Nigeria who edged Uganda 2-0 in the semi-final is in the running to defend the crown they won in Morocco in 2020 while Ghana outclassed Senegal 3-1 in their penultimate game of this edition of the competition to stay in the running for Gold.<\/p>\n<p>The final Match of the competition will kick-off at 8pm this Thursday at the Cape Coast stadium in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p>Elong will not win a medal for Cameroon but to have her in the mix is a major win if after the competition she gets the chance to invest her experience at home.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Copyright\u00a92023 kick442.com-Cameroon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All rights reserved.
