Tunisia’s left back, Ali Maaloul, has retired from international football after his country was booted out of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations ongoing in Cote D’Ivoire.<\/p>\n

Born on January 1, 1990, the 34-year-old Ma\u00e2loul made his debut for Tunisia in July 2013, in a 1#0 loss to Morocco in the 2014 African Nations Championship qualification phase.<\/p>\n

From July 2013 till date, Ali Maaloul has made 86 appearances for Tunisia ans has scored 3 goals.<\/p>\n

During his time with Tunisia, Ali Maaloul and Tunisia finished as FIFA Arab Cup runner-up in 2021. Individually, he featured in the CAF Team of the Year in 2017 and the IFFHS Men’s CAF Team of The Year in 2020, 2021, 2022.<\/p>\n
