{"id":14256,"date":"2024-01-06T08:23:21","date_gmt":"2024-01-06T08:23:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=14256"},"modified":"2024-01-06T08:48:49","modified_gmt":"2024-01-06T08:48:49","slug":"aboubakar-nagida-nominated-for-ligue-1-young-player-of-the-month-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/aboubakar-nagida-nominated-for-ligue-1-young-player-of-the-month-award\/","title":{"rendered":"Aboubakar Nagida Nominated for Ligue 1 Young Player of the Month Award"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong><em>After making his first team debut in November, Cameroon international Aboubakar Nagida has earned his first Ligue 1 young player of the month of December<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>The 18-year old played four games with Rennes&#8217;s A team, totaling 173 minutes of game time<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>He is amongst the three nominees for the Ligue one young player of the month of December<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Aboubakar Nagida, an 18-year-old Cameroonian left-back, is one of the three nominees for the Ligue 1 young player of the month award for December 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The announcement was made on Friday, December 5, 2024, on the Ligue 1 social media platform.<\/p>\n<p>Nagida is in competition with 22-year-old PSG goalkeeper and captain Arnau Tenas, and 21-year-old Racing Club of Strasbourg winger Dilane Bakwa.<\/p>\n<p>Nagida played four games with Rennes in December. The former EFBC player came on as a substitute in the Ligue 1 match against Monaco on December 5. In just 27 minutes on the pitch, he made nine passes with a 75% accuracy and one tackle, which earned him more minutes in the team&#8217;s next game against Villarreal.<\/p>\n<p>The December 14 game in the Europa League saw his side lose 2-3 to the visitors, despite Nagida&#8217;s one shot on goal in his 67 minutes played.<\/p>\n<p>Nagida was also a substitute in Rennes&#8217;s 0-0 draw against Toulouse on December 17. He finished the year as part of the starting 11 against Clermont Foot, playing the first 45 minutes on December 20.<\/p>\n<p>Nagida&#8217;s 173 minutes of game time in December earned him this nomination, with the winner to be announced in January 2024.<\/p>\n<p>He is considered as a rising star in Ligue 1 and a future prospect for the Cameroon national team.
