Amir Abdou, coach of Mauritania has selected 27 players to represent the country in the 2023 Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations Cote D’Ivoire 2023.<\/p>\n
It will be Mauritania’s third AFCON participation and the country was drawn in Group D with Algeria, Burkina Faso and Angola.<\/p>\n
The list sees the presence of 19-year-old Pau midfielder Oumar Ngom and the return of El Hadji Ba who recently joined FC Nouadhibou.<\/p>\n
