{"id":11660,"date":"2023-10-06T11:07:22","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T11:07:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=11660"},"modified":"2023-10-06T11:20:05","modified_gmt":"2023-10-06T11:20:05","slug":"cameroon-isohsa-bafmeng-eding-others-know-opponents-as-mtn-elite-two-pairings-are-revealed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/cameroon-isohsa-bafmeng-eding-others-know-opponents-as-mtn-elite-two-pairings-are-revealed\/","title":{"rendered":"Cameroon: ISOHSA, Bafmeng, Eding, others know opponents as MTN Elite Two pairings are revealed\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>ISOHSA will compete in Elite 2 Pool A alongside Bafmeng and Foncha Street<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The top three clubs from each Pool will qualify for the promotion playoffs<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The bottom four and five clubs in pool A and B will enter the relegation playoffs<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Three clubs will be relegated at the end of it all while the top two clubs graduate to Elite 1\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The 2023\/24 MTN Elite 2 championship pairings done this Friday morning at the headquarters of the Cameroon football federation has produced some interesting pairings as newcomers ISOHSA and Bafmeng United FC find themselves in Pool A alongside Dragon, Eding Sport, FAP, Leopard among others in a Pool A of three Anglo-Saxon clubs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pool B consists of Rangers of Bafut, Aigle Royal of Moungo, Racing plus Renaissance FC and YAFOOT FC that have just returned from the top-flight championship.<\/p>\n<p>The 15-club championship has been made to have eight teams in Pool A and seven in Pool B.<\/p>\n<p>The top three clubs from each Pool will qualify for the promotion playoffs, while the bottom five sides in Pool A and four in Pool B will compete in the relegation playoffs to determine the three clubs to be relegated at the end of the season.<\/p>\n<p>According to information from the organizers during this Friday&#8217;s draw ceremony, YAFOOT FC will host Rangers of Bafut in the opening game, while Dragon Yaounde host Foncha Street of Bamenda on the same day.<\/p>\n<p>FECAFOOT is yet to communicate the venue of the opening games, but a Communiqu\u00e9 released by the Secretary General of FECAFOOT, Blaise Djounang a few days ago had picked October 10 as the kick-off date of the championship.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of the fixtures and the match venues among other details are yet to be communicated.<\/p>\n<p>The top two clubs to ascend from the second-tier championship will join the other clubs in the 16-club Elite One championship during the 2024\/25 season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Full Pairings:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pool A<br \/>\nA8- AS FAP<br \/>\nA3- Dragon<br \/>\nA6- Eding Sport<br \/>\nA5- Leopard Sportif<br \/>\nA4- Foncha Street FC<br \/>\nA2- Bafmeng United<br \/>\nA7-Unisport du Haut Nkam<br \/>\nA1- ISOHSA of Limbe<\/p>\n<p>Pool B<br \/>\nB4- TKC<br \/>\nB6- Renaissance<br \/>\nB1- YAFOOT<br \/>\nB7- Aigle Royal Menoua<br \/>\nB2- Rangers FC of Bafut<br \/>\nB3- Racing of Bafoussam<br \/>\nB5- Djiko FC<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Copyright\u00a92023 kick442.com-Cameroon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All rights reserved.
