{"id":11054,"date":"2023-09-22T00:55:43","date_gmt":"2023-09-22T00:55:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=11054"},"modified":"2023-09-22T05:25:11","modified_gmt":"2023-09-22T05:25:11","slug":"minister-mouele-kombi-spice-clubs-preparations-with-key-ingredient","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/minister-mouele-kombi-spice-clubs-preparations-with-key-ingredient\/","title":{"rendered":"Minister Mouele Kombi spice clubs Cup of Cameroon final preparations with key ingredient"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>It is the first time PWD of Bamenda and Fovu of Baham clash in the cup final<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Both clubs have overhauled their playing staff ahead of the final that will kick-off at 3pm on Sunday.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The Abakwa Boys are out for their second cup trophy in four finals while the Yongwa Boys look to win the third in three after successes in 2001 &amp; 2010<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The final will be chaired by Prime Minister head of Government Chief Joseph Dion Ngute<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professor Narcisse Mouele Kombi, Cameroon&#8217;s minister of Sports and Physical education, has handed the sum of 12 million FCFA to officials of the two clubs participating in the 2023 Cup of Cameroon final.<\/p>\n<p>PWD and Fovu of Baham officials each bagged six millions FCFA from the government minister as the traditional state support to clubs that play the final of the national challenge Cup.<\/p>\n<p>The solemn ceremony this Thursday, September 21, at the conference hall of the ministry of highlights preparations for Sunday&#8217;s prestigious event.<\/p>\n<p>The minister has charged officials of the clubs to make maximum use of the funds through by themselves to make the event which closes the national sports season.<\/p>\n<p>The move from the state through the minister only adds to the mobilization that both clubs have made going into the final.<\/p>\n<p>PWD are chasing their second Cup of Cameroon title, after the first in 2021 while Fovu are out to add to the triumphs of 2001 and 2010.<\/p>\n<p>The Abakwa Boys conquered an enterprising Stade Bandjoun team 2-1 to book a spot in the final.<\/p>\n<p>Fovu of Baham narrowly-edged Colombe of Dja in the other semi-final to square up a final against eternal rival, PWD of Bamenda.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday&#8217;s final at the Ahmadou Ahidjo stadium is expected to pull a marmoth crowd from the West and Northwest regions of Cameroon.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Copyright\u00a92023 kick442.com-Cameroon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All rights reserved.
