{"id":10653,"date":"2023-09-10T03:29:54","date_gmt":"2023-09-10T03:29:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/?p=10653"},"modified":"2023-09-10T03:29:54","modified_gmt":"2023-09-10T03:29:54","slug":"legend-kamilou-daouda-appointed-cotonsport-academy-coach","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kick442.com\/fr\/legend-kamilou-daouda-appointed-cotonsport-academy-coach\/","title":{"rendered":"Legend Kamilou Daouda appointed Cotonsport Academy coach"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Kamilou Daouda has been appointed deputy coach of Cotonsport&#8217;s U19 team<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>He played over 200 games for the club between 2005 and 2023 winning the league title on nine occasions<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The 34-year-old also captained the outfit during his career<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>He won three Cup of Cameroon titles and was the deputy top scorer of the CAF Champions League in 2008 when Cotonsport reached the final<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>The Niger forward is Coton&#8217;s all-time top scorer with 127 goals<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kamilou Daouda has been appointed deputy coach of Cotonsport U-19, bringing him back to the club he captained and scored all kinds of goals for.<\/p>\n<p>Cotonsport made the announcement in a statement on Friday via a release signed by president Fernand Sadou.<\/p>\n<p>According to the release which named coaches of other youth categories, Tchitouang will be head coach of the U-19 while Kamilou will assist him.<\/p>\n<p>Legendary Kamilou will offer huge experience to the next generation of Cotonsport talent who aspire to grow and be a part of the first team.<\/p>\n<p>The former Niger international who joined the club as a teenager himself will continue to add value to the club in different capacity.<\/p>\n<p>In the same decision, Aboubakar Abouna and Mouhaman Lawal were named head coach and deputy of the U-15 while Kai Valerie and Mbome Jean Claude secure the same roles respectively for the U-11s.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Copyright\u00a92023 kick442.com-Cameroon<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>All rights reserved.
