Kelly’s arrival, A real statement of intent’ – analysis
ISOHSA believe this signing is a real statement of intent as they prepare for their second season in the MTN Elite Two championship.
They have been trying to build a squad capable of winning the biggest pieces of silverware and Kelly can combine with his current colleagues to achieve that.
Ultimately, they didn’t achieve promotion last season and know the time around they have to deliver.
There is also a sense of pride that ISOHSA were able to attract Kelly given he is the prime of his career and was available on a free transfer, undoubtedly with interest from elsewhere.
With the achievements of last season, the expectations from the fans and other stakeholders will be high in the coming season.
Sawai’s move to ISOHSA follows a trend of young talents across the country moving to the the 2023 national interpools champions.
