The draw ceremony which took place in Cairo, Egypt on Tuesday saw Group C runners up pitted against the last winner of the tournament.
The winner of the two-legged encounter will face the winner of another quarter-final game involving Abu Salem of Libya and RS Berkane of Morocco.
In other fixtures, the Egyptian side, Modern Future will trade tackles with another Egyptian team Zamalek in an Egyptian derby.
Malian team, Stade Malien, and Ghanaian side, Dream FC will face off in the West African derby.
The winner of the 2023/2024 CAF Confederation Cup will get 2 million Dollars in prize money.
USM Alger won their first title last season.
