PWD of Bamenda have confirmed the appointment of Anumewa Frankline as their interim head coach for the rest of the 2023/24 football season.
The management of the Abakwa Boys confirmed the move to promote their former deputy trainer to the main man on Wednesday, March 20th, just over a month after his former immediate boss Dieudonne Nke was dismissed.
Anumewa who joined PWD in the build up to the current season already oversaw a win against Astres in Douala and a satisfactory draw away to Gazelle FA while serving as interim boss towards the end of the current season.
The former YOSA and Foncha Street FC trainer will be in charge when the MTN Elite One relegation playoffs get underway this weekend for the 2020 champions.
