Cameroonian Mixed Martial Arts heavyweight Francis Ngannou will deliver another stiff outing against Brazilian fighter Renan Ferreira
It will be Ngannou’s first PFL fight ever since, he signed with the organization in 2023
Renan is the current MMA PFL champion, with an outstanding record of 13-3-0.
He secured the fight against Ngannou after stunning Bellator heavyweight champion Ryan Bader in the PFL vs Bellator cross over clash held on February 24.
Ferreira will receive a minimum of $2 million for the Ngannou fight. Uniquely, it’s a payday negotiated by his opponent. One of Ngannou’s conditions for signing with the PFL was that his future opponents would receive a $2 million guarantee. Ferreira credits his hard work for putting him in this position, but he commended Ngannou for acting with grace and care.
Though still recovering from his embarrassing defeat from Anthony Joshua, the “Predator” is obliged to redouble efforts in a bide to return to winning ways.
