Marc Brys hold talks with Nchindo John Bosco

Indomitable Lions of Cameroon coach Marc Brys has held talks with potential Cameroon international, Nchindo John Bosco of YOSA.

The YOSA of Bamenda skipper and coach Brys were spotted in deep conversation on Monday, May 6 as part of the technicians efforts to be close to discuss his project with all Cameroon eligible players before publication of his list for June’s FIFA World Cup qualifier matches.

Brys who only returned to Cameroon on Friday evening had commission Alioum Boukar and Francois Omam-Biyik to have an eye on domestic talents during the just ended playoffs during which Nchindo was outstanding.

Nchindo, scorer of 13 goals in YOSA’s brilliant season – including two in the 2-1 win against eventual champions Victoria United FC had been tipped as one of the best fit players in the national championship to deserve a chance with the Indomitable Lions. This meeting with coach Brys barely days before the publication of the squad for those matches only adds to that argument.

Nchindo previously represented Cameroon at U-15, U-20, U-23 and the Intermediate categories. A call up after helping an unfancied YOSA team qualify for the playoffs and performed in it won’t be a surprise.

Cameroon leading their qualifier group with four points from two games will face Cape Verde Island on June 3 in  Yaoundé before traveling to Luanda to square up against Angola on match day four of the qualifiers.
