French second tier side Le Mans have completed the signing of 18-year-old Cameroon international Lamine Mana, from relegated US Saint-Malo.
The club announced on Monday that they had reached an agreement to enhance the transfer on a one-year-deal, thus marking an end to Mana’s one season at Saint-Malo.
The teenager had a difficult first season in France as her club was relegated despite her six goals and three assists in 16 games, having arrived from Cameroon where she scored 19 goals to win the Golden Boot.
Mana has completed medicals and other registration formalities and is expected to meet her mate when pre-season begins.
During the official announcement of her arrival, Le Mans also confirmed the addition of Tracy Nkodia and Wissem Bouzid.
Le Mans is building a competitive squad with greater quality so as to improve their chances of being amongst the contenders for a better next season.
Mana is a full Cameroon international. The ex-Awa Filles forward has camped with the senior national team after stints with the U17 and U20s.
