18-year-old potential Cameroon international Arrey Jefta Oduak has joined Isle of Hope Sports Academy (ISOHSA) of Limbe on a two-year contract from Continental FA of Buea, kick442.com can confirm.
Jefta put pen to paper at the club’s headquarters last week in Limbe after completing medicals and other requirements for the transfer which will provide him a first chance in Elite football.
The tricky forward with an incredible set-piece delivery capacity completes the dream move ignoring interest from Astres and Union Sportive of Douala among other clubs who made huge efforts to sign him.
President Karl Njomo Mokake and his colleague Pius Esa of Continental FA worked together to ensure it was only the Elite two newbie because of the nature of the ISOHSA project which suits Jefta’s development.
Jefta, scorer of eight goals and maker of six assists last season will become the second ex-Continental player on the books of ISOHSA, joining Kum Bryan who enters his third season on the books of the 2023 Interpools champions.
ISOHSA under the guidance of coach Nlend Ayme are building up for the 2023/24 MTN Elite Two season and Jefta is expected to play a pivotal role either as a winger or midfielder in the coming season.
