Footages of workers repainting and rebranding the long-serving indomitable Lions of Cameroon team bus flooded the social media on Tuesday, September after an amateur photographer captured the activity and leaked the unpleasant images.

In what has become the talk of the social media, workers are seen putting in a shift in front of the team hotel at the Mundi Complex to ensure the indomitable Lions bus purchased by former FECAFOOT boss, Iya Mohamed back in 2008 is ready for use during this FIFA window.

The facility which was bought at 300 million FCFA thanks to a joint venture between FECAFOOT and the then Indomitable Lions kits provider, Puma has been of huge service to the various national football teams over the years.

Though every other Cameroonian appreciates the beauty of the bus, the question on many lips is; where is the bus president Samuel Eto’o Fils declared FECAFOOT will get from One All Sports as part of its commitment to the nation for being the indomitable Lions kits provider?

The response to this question is obvious, but while waiting for the bus, the team will have to make do with what is available after rebranding.

Coach Rigobert Song’s team is currently in camp at the complex Mundi in Yaoundé, but is expected to travel to Garoua on Friday ahead of their crucial match day six fixture of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier game against the Swallows of Burundi at the Roumde Adjia Stadium.
