Authentic Ladies of Douala right-back, Chahkes Odette Fukuin has obtained the General certificate of Education at Advanced Level as she was amongst the thousands of candidates whose results were proclaimed late last week.
According to our findings, Odette achieved a pass in three of the five subjects she took in the exams, including a B Grade score in Advanced Level Economics and two D grades in Geography and Information and Communications Technology.
The results means the versatile player who missed the best part of the end of last season in the Guinness Super League as she was preparing for the examination has been rewarded off the pitch eight years after she stopped her Academic career due to a family challenge which she resulted to football to resolve.
The 23-year-old former Vision Sports of Bamenda and Boyo Progressive Ladies defender is expected to proceed to tertiary education and remain in active football even if it will be more challenging.
