Che Malone Fondoh Junior scored the lone goal this Tuesday afternoon as Simba SC beat Tanzania Prisons by 1-0 in a tight League match up this Monday at the Sokoine Stadium in Mbeya to mark their first win in three games.

Malone and co looking in an attempt to regain their confidence after a draw and conceded a late goal to lose one-nil to bitter rivals Yanga SC were hoping to make amends and took no time.

Che gathered home a loss ball from the edge of the area to put the visitors ahead even before the home fans could all settle in.

The thunderous strike from the Cameroon international set the tone for the rest of the afternoon.

Simba SC and Tanzania Prisons traded opportunities but failed to add to the scoreline situation of the game.

The game ended 1-0 in favour of the visitors who register their fifth win in seven outings and take their points tally to 16, just good enough for the second place on the log courtesy of a second goal of the season for Che Malone.
