Authentic Ladies skipper, Tim Shalom Nakoma Ngam has expressed her joy following their sensational match day 1 4-2 victory over reigning Guinness Super League champions on Saturday at the Bepanda Omnisport Annex stadium.
The 21-year-old played a pivotal role in the match, scoring his side’s second goal 16 minutes after Oceane Nana had scored against her former club within a minute of kick-off.
Ngo Billong and Kiki Meva netted a goal each befire Ekoume and Ngah Manga scored late but Authentic Ladies had done enough to secure a dramatic win for the Douala girls.

I don’t know what happened, but the team did so well in the end and scored a great goal, and we got the win. All the games are like this now, and we have to be prepared to play our hearts out. We did great, and I am very pleased to win.”
