- Cameroon’s first division’s second highest goal scorer Jules Armand Kooh has not been selected by the management of Shérif Tripasol
- On trial for weeks now, the Astre of Douala forward failed his test at his Moldavian side
- He is on the radar of Dynamo of Douala, who has been deprived of it’s highest goalscorer Leonel Ateba
Jules Armand Kooh, Astre’s top scorer this season, will not be joining the Moldovan champions Sheriff Tiraspol.
The club decided to pass on the 24-year-old after he failed to impress them during his trials in Europe.
Kooh, who has been playing for the Brazilians of Bepanda for two seasons, will return to Cameroon after a 10-day stint in Europe.
The former Avion Academy forward is the second highest goal scorer in the elite one championship with 11goals, one lesser than Victoria United’s Richmond Nji.
Jules, may not stay with his current team, however, as Dynamo of Douala are reportedly keen to sign him as a replacement for Leonel Ateba, who recently moved to USM Algiers.
Kooh made his elite one debut with Avion Academy in 2019 and played for stade Renard for two seasons before joining Astres of Douala.
