Angu Lesley Ngwa Akonwi, a renowned Cameroonian sports journalist has been appointed as the Confederation of African Football (CAF) media officer for the TotalEnergies African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2024. This marks his third consecutive assignment at the tournament, following his successful stints in 2020 and 2022.

The TotalEnergies CHAN 2024 promises to be an exciting edition, with Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda co-hosting the tournament for the first time in history.
