The Secretary General of the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT) has confirmed all four Quarter-finals of the 2023 Cup of Cameroon will be played this weekend in Yaounde.

The eight clubs involved and other stakeholders were informed on Tuesday, June 13 via a release signed by Blaise Djounang which confirmed the move.

The first two Quarter-Final matches will be played on Saturday at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Annex stadium. Stade Bertoua will challenge Stade Bandjoun in the opening fixture while Colombe grind ashes with 2018 winners Eding Sport de la Lekie who ousted the defending champions Cotonsport last time out.

Elite 2 champions Victoria United FC are up against 2000 winners Fovu of Baham after 2021 winners PWD face double winners Dynamo of Douala in a remake of the 1979 final.

The winner between Colombe and Eding will face Victoria United FC in the semi-final while the winner between PWD and Dynamo will face the winner between Stade Bertoua and Stade Bandjoun.

The elimination of last season’s champions, Cotonsport of Garoua means there will be a new champion of the competition this year.
