Cameroonian artist and influencer Vanister Enama has been selected among prominent African figures to promote the 2025 AFCON in Morocco as a special guest in the country of of His Majesty, King Mohammed VI.

Vanister is the only Cameroonian Artist in a group of over 100 influencers drawn from across the world via an initiative, spearheaded by the Quick-Witted MGT, themed:”#DestinationMoroccoAFCON2025″.

Vanister, Cameroonian Artist of the moment arrived in the Moroccan City of Casablanca on Saturday to a rousing reception before moving to Tangier this Sunday morning, where he will spend days touring the country with other African figures. Their tour includes visits to stadiums and other key infrastructure, showcasing Morocco’s readiness for the tournament.

“Along with several African figures, I have been chosen by the Kingdom of Morocco to be part of the delegation responsible for promoting the 2025 African Cup of Nations in Morocco, and showcasing the beauty of the country.” Vanister wrote on his handle.

For starters, Vanister Enama Fidèle, stage-named “Vanister from Akonolinga”, was born on March 12, 1995, in Sangmélima, Cameroon. Despite facing adversity at a young age, losing his parents at just seven years old, Vanister’s determination and passion for music propelled him to success. Vanister’s rise to fame began in 2013, showcasing his talents as a singer, rapper, and poet.

His thought-provoking lyrics, intricate rhymes, and impressive improvisational skills quickly gained him recognition beyond Cameroon’s borders. He has since performed regularly outside of Cameroon, solidifying his reputation as a talented artist.

Some of his notable achievements include being an ambassador for the Cameroonian national football team, the Indomitable Lions, during the 2022 World Cup, where he became closely associated with the Cameroon Football Federation.

In 2023, he released a music video predicting the Lions’ victory in the African Cup of Nations. Vanister’s discography includes several notable albums and singles. His albums include “Marabout”, “Ma destinée”, and “Sans confiance”. Some of his popular singles include “Ma Vie Sera Top”, “Je m’en fous”, and “Tu Nous Manqueras!”, a tribute to Cabrel Nanjip, all released in 2023. Through his music, Vanister has resonated with fans worldwide, and his dedication to his craft has earned him a reputation as one of Cameroon’s most promising artists.
