After a rigorous training session this Wednesday June 5,2024, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting has addressed the media with a message of focus and determination.

“We don’t look at the problems around us; they don’t really concern us,” Choupo-Moting stated, emphasizing the team’s insulation from external distractions.

He acknowledged the advantage of playing on home turf in Yaoundé, setting a clear objective: “The goal is always to win, that’s clear.” With expectations high, he noted the positive atmosphere within the squad, “the atmosphere in the group is very, very good and that is the most important thing.”

His contentment with the team’s unity and spirit was palpable as he concluded, “We are very happy to be here in Yaoundé.”
