Algerian Premier League giants USM Alger have completed the signing of 26-year-old Che Malone Fondoh Junior, kick442.com can report.
The experienced Cameroon International completed formalities to join the club on Wednesday from Simba SC, thus bringing an end to lengthy negotiations between parties involved.
Che joins the multiple Algerian champions on a two-year-deal with an option for an additional year and has been included in their squad for the coming season.
The former Cotonsport and Union Sportive of Douala sweeper took to social media to comfirm the move and his motivation.
“A new chapter has just begun. It won’t be an easy one but I love the challenge and will do my best to overcome this new challenge 💪💪,” he announced via his facebook page.
A few hours after the announcement, footage of Che and his new mates already in training hit the social media, highlighting his quick swing into the new life.
“Wall of Jericho” as he is commonly known back at home is expected to bring his senior national team and CHAN team experience to the fold when USM begins their new season domestically and in the CAF Confederation Cup.
The eight time Algerian Premier League Champions will be hoping that Che and other new acquisitions improve them from their 7th place finish attain last season.
