The sporting community has embraced the couple, with social media pages buzzing with congratulatory messages.

Eseme, Cameroon’s sweetheart, has captivated hearts with his outstanding performances on the track. As the vice champion of Africa in the men’s 100m, he is the most anticipated sprinter from Cameroon in Paris.

Despite a modest debut at the 2019 World Championships and 2020 Olympic Games, Eseme’s star continued to rise. In 2022, he secured a silver medal in the 200 meters at the African Championships, solidifying his position among the continent’s top sprinters.

His breakthrough moment occurred on July 2, 2023, in La Chaux-de-Fonds, where he shattered the ten-second barrier over 100 meters, setting a new national record of 9.96 seconds. His remarkable performance continued in March 2024, when he broke the national indoor 60 meters record with a time of 6.52 seconds. Later that year, he clinched gold in the 100 meters at the All African Games in Accra.

One of Eseme’s crowning achievements was at the 9th Francophonie Games. where he not only secured the gold medal but also set a new Games record for the 100 meters in Kinshasa in 2023.

With this impressive track record, expectations are high for Eseme’s performance in Paris, and marriage which sometimes resembles a paradise on earth.
