Bryan Mbeumo has been celebrated by the Premier League for reaching his 100th appearance milestone!

This was after the match day six 3-1 loss to Tottenham on Saturday.

The 25-year-old winger, who made the switch to Brentford in 2019, boasts an impressive 47 goal contribution across his 103 appearances for the Bees. Specifically, he has netted 26 goals and provided 21 assists in 97 starts within the Premier League.

The Cameroon international signed a five-year deal with Brentford after joining from Troyes. In his debut season, Mbeumo scored 16 goals and registered 8 assists, forming a lethal partnership in the famed ‘BMW’ front three alongside Saïd Benrahma and Ollie Watkins.

Mbeumo played a pivotal role in Brentford’s promotion to the Premier League, contributing 8 league goals and 12 assists during their successful campaign.

In the 2022/23 season, he was a consistent presence, featuring in every league match and helping the Bees secure an impressive ninth-place finish.

The start of the 2023/24 season saw Mbeumo continue his fine form, tallying 7 goals and 3 assists by December. However, an ankle injury requiring surgery sidelined him until mid-March, exacerbating Brentford’s injury woes.

As of the 2024/2025 season, Mbeumo is among the top scorers in the Premier League with 4 goals in just 5 games, trailing Luis Diaz by one goal.

On the international stage, Mbeumo has donned the green, red, and yellow of Cameroon in nearly 18 matches, participating in both the 2022 World Cup and the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d’Ivoire.

His goal-scoring prowess will be crucial as Cameroon aims to qualify for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
