Blacky Star shines brightest at 15th Guinnessico

Top Cameroonian Artists Blacky Star was one of the attractions at the Omnisport Annex stadium as he and his crew thrilled the crowd that turned out to watch Louves Minproff take on title-hungry Eclair of Sa’a in a delayed match day 15 fixture.

Guinness, the Cameroon Women’s topflight league sponsors in collaboration with the managing body of the competition made the Bikutsi star to entertain the fans and other stakeholders this Wednesday, May 3.

Eclair forward Marly Confidence scored a brace in the game but wasn’t the only talking points as a number of fans lived their dream by watching Blacky Star perform during the busy half time that could easily be picked out as the moment of the day.

The artists’ hit Douoh Onyoh released last September is currently making waves in the Cameroon and beyond with oveer 278k views on Youtube joins the list of top music stars who have graced the Guinnesss Super League pitches across the country in an attempt to render the championship more attractive.

Moves like this have enhanced the growth of the image of the championship within and beyond Cameroon since the lone sponsors Guinness entered the fray just under three years ago.

The Guinness Super League championships enters match day 16 this weekend. So far, Lekie Filles of Yaounde are the league leaders with 38 points to their credit so far.

Another Artists is expected to be at the next Guinnessico this weekend.
