The Association of Nigeria Women Football Club Coaches (ANWFCC), organizers of the oldest women’s football competition in Nigeria, are set for another edition of the All Stars in 2025.
The January Women’s All Stars is a grassroots competition for female footballers across the country and beyond.
The All Stars Women’s Football Competition is organized to give platforms to female players within and outside Lagos to showcase their football potential for better exploits.
Speaking with Olajide Royal who is the Assistant Secretary and Public Relation Officer (PRO) of the ANWFCC, he said the 2025 January Women All Stars is going to be more superb compared to the previous ones.
The Association executives have been seriously working for the betterment of 2025 edition as it’s been promised to be a greater edition.
Scouts have been invited from different corners of the world to be in attendance to scout for tomorrow’s Super Stars.
Nigeria Women Premier League (NWFL) team’s coaches and scouts will also be on the ground to see the talents and scout accordingly.
All Stars Women Football Competition has produced a lot of wonderful players for the Flamingoes, Falconets and Super Falcons and they are all doing well in their respective clubs in and outside Nigeria as well.
ANWFCC is committed to give this platform continuously every year to the players to exhibit their football talents and locate their stardom from this opportunity.
2025 January All Stars Women Football Competition will start on the 6th of January, 2025 – 18th January, 2025.
Two (2) football pitches will be used for the 2025 All Stars and those are The Hockey Pitch and Legacy Pitch respectively.
The All Stars will begin on Monday 6th at the Hockey Pitch with Players Registration, Accreditation and Trainings by 8 am while seeding of players into the teams they will play for takes place on Wednesday 8th January, 2025 still at the Hockey Pitch and the game will commence on Thursday 9th January, 2025 at the Legacy Pitch by 8 am prompt.
The Hockey Pitch and Legacy Pitch are both situated inside the National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos.
Deutschland is the Champion of the 2024 All Stars Women Football Competition.
