Abou Nyake switches to ISOHSA from Racing Bafoussam

Isle of Hope Sports Academy (ISOHSA) of Limbe have completed formalities for the acquisition of talented midfielder gem Abou Nyake who joins the club from Racing of Bafoussam.

The 18-year-old product of Solidarite FC and Ndjamou Sport Academie has penned a two-year contract with the Limbe based club following an impressive tryout one-month period during which he caught the attention of the technical crew led by Joseph Mbock Maput.

Nyake, who arrives with Elite experience garnered last season at Racing plus International and Oryx both of Douala is expected to compete for a spot in the ISOHSA midfield during the coming season.

The move to ISOHSA reconnects him with his old-time friend Kouo Nongnong with him whom he played at Oryx Douala and have remained friends from the same neighbourhood in Douala.

The versatile player can play as a right-back alongside his midfield abilities which knows no bounds.

His arrival means he joins the likes of Samekomba Richard and Ngai Eba Emile from Djiko FC, Sawai Kelly from Tiko United FC, Jean Pierre Lemo Junior from Renaissance of Ngoumou, Etengeneng Mbikem from NQSA, Talikong Elwood Bantar from Kamjo Sports Academy, Alfred Mbita Nkoma from Dragon Yaoundé, Agbor Bessem Bogard from Astres of Douala, Nsob Raphael Martial from Victoria City, Toh Maurice from Rainbow FC, Randy Che arriving from Canon Yaoundé amongst others expected to strengthen the talented squad.

Nyake will wear the number 20 jersey for ‘The People’s Royal Elephants’ as they enter a new campaign hoping to better their fifth-place League finish and semi-final cup of Cameroon run during their second season in the MTN Elite Two championship.

Nyake and his new team mates at ISOHSA currently trains plus prepares for the new season at the Limbe Community field.

The team sandwiches their weekly training sessions with season preparatory matches in a beat to be ready for business when the 2024/25 season gets underway sometime next month or so.
