Cameroonian defender Moungam Emmanuel has completed a transfer from AC Horsens to Landskrona BoIS, marking a new chapter in his European career.
The former Victoria United centre-back joins the Swedish second-tier side after spending a year in Denmark with Horsens, where he gained valuable experience in a competitive Scandinavian football environment. His move to Landskrona BoIS is seen as an opportunity for regular game time and continued development.
Moungam first made his name in Cameroon with Victoria United, earning recognition for his composure, physical presence and ability to read the game from the heart of defence. Those qualities paved the way for his move abroad, as he took the step into European football with AC Horsens.
Although his time in Denmark was largely a period of adaptation, it helped sharpen his tactical awareness and exposed him to a faster, more demanding style of play. Landskrona BoIS are now hoping the defender’s blend of youth and international experience will strengthen their back line as they push through the season.
For Moungam Emmanuel, the switch to Sweden represents both continuity and ambition — staying within Europe while seeking a platform to establish himself and take the next step forward in his career.
